TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read careully before commissioning me, by commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms below.I. GENERAL TERMS
- You must provide visual reference of the character you want me to model, I cannot work off of written descriptions.
- The base price of a model can go up as I deem if the model is of high complexity, although this is rare.
- I cannot model anthropomorgic animals/complex mecha.
- I have the right to refuse any request.II. PAYMENT
- All work must be paid full upfront.
- Payment must be done through Paypal.
- I do not accept refunds.III. PROCESS
- Screenshots of the process will be sent at key moments during production or when I request feedback.
- You can request screenshots at any moment, yet I may take time to comply as I may be busy.
- The order should take from a week up to a month to complete.
- You will be notified immediately of any delays I may face in the process due to complexity, technical difficulties, school work, health concerns, etc).IV. DELIVERY
- The order will uploaded to google drive or sent through email.V. COSTUMER SATISFACTION
- You are allowed to request small adjustments after the request is sent.
- Any major additions/changes will come at an extra cost.VI. COPYRIGHT / USAGE
- I as the artist hold every right to the produced artwork.
- Thus I am in the right to publish the work to my social media/web page to promote myself, unless requested to refrain from doing so.
- You as the commisioner are allowed to use the produced model/render for personal use only.
- You are allowed to use the model/artwork to promote yourself and create content with due credit. This includes new renders/animations of the model.
- If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the model/render will be retracted. This includes reproducing/using the copyrighted model/render commercially, taking credit for the creation of the model/render, removing any watermarks/signatures, altering the model/render without my consent.
- PURCHASE OF COMMERCIAL RIGHTS WILL BE %300 OF THE ORIGINAL PRICE.All terms written above can be negotiated.
